Print-On-Demand
Most of our products are printed when the order is placed using "print-on-demand" services. This allows us to expand our resources on design development, and lower our over-head costs, as well as waste. This does mean we have longer fulfillment times than normal, averaging 7-11 days for most clothing items.
Please be patient with us, as we are a small operation.

Returns & Refunds
Customers have two weeks after items arrival to inquire for a return and refund IF item is not what was ordered or is damaged upon delivery. For other conditions outside of the ones just listed, the customer can email us and we will consider the best option for customer satisfaction, but we can not guarantee a refund in every situation. We are a small operation and can't refund 100% of the time, but we will do our best to help any unsatisfied customer have a fulfilling shopping experience.
